Madam Speaker recognises the client through an initial Phase 1 quote. Madam Speaker releases crucial intel relating to Concept Development and Creative Direction.
Once the Client accepts the quote, the Parliamentary Ethics Committee approves the agreement and Madam Speaker and the Client seal the deal.
The Madam is streetwise. The Client will pay a 20% Pitch Fee for work to commence.
This is a democracy. Madam Speaker invites the Client to participate in the work process via an online project management system. Updates to the campaign will be delivered directly to the Client's inbox. Clients will be asked for feedback and will ultimately need to approve all work as satisfactory before Phase 1 (Creative Direction) can be finalised.
Phase 1 Complete
Once the Client approves the motion of Phase 1, they will be issued an invoice to settle. If the Client rejects the pitch - no fuss, no bother, no need to approach the Constitutional Court. The campaign agreement ends right there with no additional costs to the Client.
Upon approval of Phase 1, Madam Speaker will issue a second quote relating to Phase 2 (Creative Execution). A 50% Deposit will be required for work to commence.
Phase 2 Execution
In order to ensure transparency throughout, the Client will again be invited to participate in feedback and approval of the work via the online project management system.
Once the Client has subjected Phase 2 to the scrutiny of the Quality Control Parliamentary Oversight Committee, the final invoice will be issued and all work will be delivered finished, klaar and ready to roll out.
Madam Speaker does not offer media buying as a service.
All quotes are subject to a 10% contingency fee, which may be charged in unforeseen circumstances.

Clients are permitted 2 editing sessions free of charge per quote, after which an hourly rate may apply for further edits. Furthermore, once a client has accepted work as being satisfactory, they may also be charged an hourly rate for any future edits. Madam Speaker is not obliged to make any edits to existing work free of charge.
Madam Speaker does not offer file backups as a service. Once a job is completed, files relating to a client's work will be kept for a two week period, after which they will be deleted. If clients wish to back up such files for future edits, it is their sole responsibility to arrange for backup copies to be kept. In this case, Madam Speaker will make all such files available to the client within this two week period.
Although Madam Speaker will do her utmost to safeguard our client's work, we cannot be held accountable for any loss, damage or theft that may occur due to circumstances out of our control. Such circumstances may include, but is not limited to: hard-drive failure, criminal activity, hacking etc.
For all work produced by Madam Speaker involving intellectual property (this excludes post production or other media executions for which clients provide existing creative concepts, scripts, storyboards etc.), contractual agreements will be entered with clients prior to the commencement of work.
For work concerning intellectual property, the following procedure will be followed:
1. The client will brief Madam Speaker.
2. Madam Speaker will issue an initial quote relating to Phase1 (concept development and creative planning) of the campaign.
3. If the client accepts the quote, a project agreement will be issued and entered into by both parties.
4. The client will need to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit (pitch fee) for work to commence.
5. Once the deposit is paid, Madam Speaker will invite the client to follow and participate in the work progress via an online project management system. This invite and all updates to the campaign will be delivered via email to the client. Clients will be asked for feedback and ultimately need to approve all work as satisfactory, before Phase 1 (concept development and creative planning) can be finalised.
6.1. When the client accepts Phase1 as satisfactory, they will be issued with an invoice to settle their outstanding balance.
6.2. If a satisfactory consensus cannot be found to the creative direction of the campaign, the project contract will be declared null and void. In such a case, the client will forfeit their deposit, however will not be obliged to settle the outstanding balance on their quote. In such an unfortunate event, the client will not be permitted to use any part of the conceptual planning or creative direction developed by Madam Speaker, without written permission by Madam Speaker. Madam Speaker holds the right to refuse such permission and also holds the right to deicide whether or not granting such permission will be subject to a buy-out fee.
7. A second quote relating to Phase 2 (campaign executions) will be issued. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for work to commence.
8. As with Phase 1, the client will be invited to participate in feedback and ultimately approval of all executions via an online project management system.
9. Once Phase 2 (campaign executions) is accepted as satisfactory, the final invoice will be issued and all work will be delivered to the client.
Madam Speaker cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for claims, liabilities and costs, losses, damage or expenses (including attorney fees) arising due to work we produce for our clients. Although Madam Speaker always exercises reasonable care in producing work, we hereby declare that no legal professional is employed to overlook the work we produce. It remains the sole responsibility of the client to consult with a legal practitioner to insure that campaigns correspond with advertising laws governing the intended territory before it is publicised. If such issues arise, Madam Speaker will obligingly make changes to work, if such is suggested by a client's legal representative prior to release.
